Are you Level 3 Teaching Assistant in Leeds? Are you passionate about supporting children’s learning and helping them reach their full potential?

We’re seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant in Leeds to join a welcoming and inclusive primary school where every child is encouraged to succeed.

The Role:

As a Teaching Assistant, you’ll work closely with the class teacher to provide support across all areas of learning. You’ll help create a positive, engaging classroom environment and offer one-to-one or small group support to pupils who may need a little extra help. The role is full time, Monday to Friday, and will start ASAP.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting pupils’ academic and emotional development.
  • Assisting with classroom activities and lesson preparation.
  • Encouraging positive behaviour and fostering independence.
  • Working collaboratively with teachers and other support staff.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Has experience working with children (school or childcare setting).
  • Is patient, caring, and enthusiastic about education.
  • Has strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Holds (or is working towards) a Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant qualification.
  • Has previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant in UK schools.
