SEN Support Assistant required, Batley!

SEN Teaching Assistant /SEN TA/SEN Learning Support Assistant urgently required in Batley.

Maze Recruitment Group is recruiting for an experienced SEN Support Assistant in the Batley area to support students within Secondary education who require additional support.

SEN Support Assistants work with and support a range of learners with Special Educational Needs, especially those experiencing multiple disadvantages and associated behaviours.

You will be required to work with small groups or on a one-to-one basis and will work closely with the SENCo, providing additional support to learners who require help in overcoming barriers to learning in order to achieve their full potential.

You will have experience of working with vulnerable and challenging young people and will manage your own case load and will measure interventions to support the young people.

The role is to start ASAP working full time, Monday to Friday. This is a long term role with the potential to go permanent for the right candidate.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of one years’ experience working as an SEN Teaching Assistant in the UK and will have experience working with SEND Students, particularly ASD, Learning Difficulties and Challenging Behaviour.
