MFL Teacher required, Leeds!

Maze Recruitment Group is currently looking for a Teacher of MFL in Leeds!

We are working with a Secondary School in Leeds who is looking to recruit an experienced MFL Teacher to work within KS3 & KS4 teaching Spanish and French.

As a Teacher of Modern Foreign Languages, particularly French and Spanish you will be responsible for the full teaching role including planning, preparation, delivering lessons, marking, embracing the whole school community and vision and any additional responsibilities required.

Our client school is looking for the right person to start in January 2026, working full time, Monday to Friday covering a maternity leave.

The Role:

• Responsible for the while class and full teaching role.
• Be able to adapt to differentiate lessons to suit the needs of student.
• Promote positive behaviour and encourage the children to stay on task.

Requirements:

• Experience teaching Spanish and French to KS3 & KS4.
• Qualified Teacher Status or equivalent.
• Excellent classroom management
• Enhanced DBS on the update service or willing to carry one out.
• A terrific classroom practitioner with enthusiasm for delivering engaging and interesting French and/or Spanish lessons.
• A minimum of 6 months experience teaching in UK schools
