ICT, IMedia & Computer Science Teacher required, Huddersfield!

Are you an experienced ICT Teacher looking for work in Huddersfield?

Maze Recruitment Group are seeking a dedicated and innovative ICT, Imedia & Computer Science Teacher to join a forward-thinking secondary school in Huddersfield. The successful candidate will inspire students across KS3 and KS4, delivering high-quality lessons that develop digital literacy, computing skills, and a passion for technology.

This is a long-term role is to start in June working full time, Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging lessons in ICT, IMedia & Computer Science
• Plan and assess in line with the curriculum
• Support students of varying abilities to achieve their full potential
• Utilise up-to-date teaching strategies and digital tools
• Contribute to the wider school community and department initiatives

Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification
• Strong subject knowledge in ICT, IMedia & Computer Science
• Effective classroom and behaviour management skills
• Passion for teaching and supporting young people
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
• A minimum of 6 months experience teaching the ICT Curriculum in the UK.
