About You

You’re a confident classroom practitioner with a love for visual arts and design in all forms — from painting and sculpture to digital illustration and photography. You’re as comfortable experimenting with new media as you are teaching traditional techniques, and you know how to spark creativity in every student.

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver engaging and innovative Art & Design lessons across KS3–KS5.
  • Encourage self-expression and creativity while supporting skill development.
  • Plan and assess effectively to help all students achieve their full potential.
  • Organise exhibitions, creative showcases, and enrichment activities.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to continually develop the Art & Design curriculum.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A degree in Art, Design, or a related field.
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent experience.
  • A strong portfolio of creative work and teaching ideas.
  • Passion, energy, and a commitment to inspiring young artists.
  • A minimum of 6 months’ experience teaching the UK curriculum.
  • A full time role working Monday to Friday starting September 2026.
