ICT Teacher required, Wakefield!

Exciting opportunity for an ICT Teacher to join a forward-thinking secondary school in Wakefield.

We are currently recruiting an enthusiastic and skilled ICT Teacher to join one of our partner schools in Wakefield. This is a fantastic opportunity for a teacher who is passionate about technology and committed to helping students thrive in an increasingly digital world.

About the Role

You will deliver high-quality ICT lessons across KS3 and KS4, encouraging students to develop essential digital skills and confidence. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, strong subject knowledge, and a positive classroom presence. The role is full time, temporary for a minimum of one term starting in September 2026

What We’re Looking For

• QTS or equivalent teaching qualification
• Strong ICT subject knowledge teaching in the Uk for a minimum of 6 months
• Ability to deliver engaging, practical, and theoretical lessons
• Confident behaviour management
• A current DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
