KS1 Teacher required, Leeds!

The Role:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated KS1 Teacher to join our friendly and supportive Primary School in Leeds. The successful candidate will be a qualified Key Stage 1 Teacher and will play a pivotal role in shaping young minds at this crucial stage of their education. Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and creative lessons to KS1 students in line with the national curriculum.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages learning and development.
• Assess, monitor, and report on pupil progress, providing tailored support where needed.
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and carers to ensure the best outcomes for all children.
• Participate in school events, professional development, and other activities as required.

What We’re Looking For:

• A qualified teacher (QTS required) with experience or interest in teaching KS1.
• ECT’s are welcome to apply.
• A strong understanding of the national curriculum for Key Stage 1 and a minimum of 6 months experience teaching in the UK.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
• Enthusiasm, creativity, and a passion for teaching.
