Teacher of Science

Maze Recruitment Group (MRG) are working with a Secondary school in Wakefield, who are looking to recruit an experienced Teacher of Science to commence work in January 2025 until the end of the Academic year, 5 days a week.

Our client school is ideally looking for a Teacher of Science who is confident in teaching all three Science Subjects. As a Teacher of Science you will be working with pupils from KS3 – KS4.

The Role:

• You will be responsible for the full teaching role, including the planning, preparation, delivery of lessons, and marking.
• You will be delivering Science lessons to KS3 and KS4 classes.
• You will be planning for all Science Subjects.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status or equivalent.
• Experience teaching and planning Science lessons.
• An excellent classroom teacher who values and aims to ensure all young people receive the best education, in a supportive environment.
• Available 5 days a week on an ongoing basis.
• Available to start this assignment in January 2025.
• Excellent classroom management skills.
