Teacher of Computer Science

Teacher of Computer Science required in Wakefield from January 2025 until the end of the academic year.

We are looking for an experienced Teacher of Computer Science who can provide support and commitment to every student, regardless of their level of ability. The lessons you will cover will be at KS3 and KS4.

Students are highly motivated and are driven to achieving excellent results, so you’ll need to provide them with a challenging, broad and balanced education, within their supportive pastoral system.

The Role

• We are seeking to appoint a driven and motivated Teacher of Computer Science who can plan and deliver lessons to KS3 and KS4 including GCSE in a small, yet supportive faculty.
• The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years continuous experience teaching Computer Science in the UK as there is emphasis on ensuring the continuation of excellent teaching and outcomes for GCSE students.
• The candidate should be proactive and have a good range of subject knowledge across both disciplines.
