Cover Supervisor

Cover Supervisors Wakefield required.

Maze Recruitment Group are currently recruiting for experienced Cover Supervisors in the Wakefield and surrounding areas.

Maze Recruitment is passionate about the Education sector and have built an excellent network of candidates and clients over the last 20 years in Wakefield. We are looking for Cover Supervisors and Cover Teachers to work under the guidance of teaching staff and the Cover Manager, to support pupils in and out of the classroom.

The role is ideal for aspiring teachers or sports coaches who enjoy flexible work.

Duties will include the supervision of whole classes during the short-term absence of teachers or the one to one supervision of a pupil withing the classroom environment. The school will rely upon you to make sure all work set is completed to a good standard and that the students are engaged, and behaviour is under control.

The successful candidates will have excellent communication skills, be able to work on their own initiative and be educated to degree or equivalent level. You should have at least one terms experience working in Secondary or Primary schools as a Cover Supervisor or some form of experience working with children in a professional capacity.
